I'm guessing he only messed with Jay once... he took away Jay Garrick's cigarettes on the night Jay got his super speed. You've got to admit though, Geoff has an excellent tool for retconning things out of Barry's background that he doesn't/didn't care for. Speaking of other evil things Zoom may have done to Barry:
