Flash TV Panel At SDCC

The DC TV panel was on Saturday night at San Diego Comic Con, and there are some juicy tidbits and detail confirmations. Spoilers behind the jump.

Zap2it.com and FlashTVNews reported live from the panel.

Jay Garrick will be played by Teddy Sears. Patty Spivot is confirmed (and a possible love interest for Barry), and will be played by Shantel VanSanten. Wally West is confirmed, although there was no mention of who might be playing him.

The major villain of Season Two will be Zoom, who is “going to be faster than the Reverse Flash, faster than The Flash and it’s going to be very hard to stop him.” No word on who will play him or who he is in his civilian identity. Tom Cavanagh “will explore life as Harrison Wells, which he says will have a good and bad side.”

Grodd will be back, as well as some Rogues they don’t want to reveal yet. There will be a major episode with Captain Cold and Golden Glider, and Mirror Master and Dr Alchemy will debut.

Danielle Panabaker is hopeful to be playing Killer Frost someday, and said that Caitlin will not be back at STAR Labs in second season. Meanwhile, Cisco will be going through some physical changes, which hints that his metahuman powers may be emerging. Carlos Valdes and the cast were coy when he was asked right out if he’d become Vibe this season, however, which suggests it may be farther in the future.

Season Two will pick up a few months after the season finale left off, and we’ll be learning about the fallout of the singularity.
