Flash TV Tidbits

There are three more episodes left until the midseason television break, so there’s plenty of news coming out as we lead up to it. Chief among it is the multi-series Invasion! crossover, which will air from November 28th to December 1st. You can see a large collection of official still images at SpoilerTV, and here’s another teaser promo for the crossover.

Plus, the CW’s already looking ahead to the midseason finale, which will air on December 6th. They’ve just released the official synopsis for it, which you can see behind the jump.

“The Present”
BARRY SEEKS HELP FROM JAY GARRICK — With Alchemy and Savitar still looming threats, Barry (Grant Gustin) is unable to focus on the Christmas holiday, and especially his relationship with Iris (Candice Patton). Determined to stop Savitar, Barry goes to Earth-3 to get advice from Jay Garrick (guest star John Wesley Shipp). Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) wants to help Barry fight Savitar and reveals that he’s been training with H.R. (Tom Cavanagh), which doesn’t go over well with Barry. As Cisco (Carlos Valdes) faces his first Christmas without his brother Dante (guest star Nicholas Gonzalez), old wounds are reopened. Rachel Talalay directed the episode with story by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing and teleplay by Lauren Certo.

So, the return of Jay Garrick, and we’ll be getting another glimpse at Earth-3. Plus we’ll probably get to see more of Wally in action. Sounds good.
