DC has released the full complement of solicitations for December 2018, and here you can see all the ones relating to the Flash. The solicits are oddly sparse that month, with only one issue of The Flash solo series listed, and neither Barry nor Wallace are mentioned in their respective team books (the Justice League listings are included here anyway). But there are some interesting trade paperbacks that month to round things out.

I like the idea of a Reverse-Flash collection, but if they’re plugging his origin, they left out two major variations: The final chapter of Return of Barry Allen, and the New 52 origin. At least Daniel West wasn’t totally forgotten.
The concept is great, but I really hope the trade makes it clear that Eobard and Daniel (and Hunter, if this is the actual cover used) are different characters. People get confused enough about the various Reverse Flashes, so hopefully it doesn’t just reprint the stories without explanation so newer readers are puzzled about who this guy (or guys, if they understand there’s more than one) is.
But yeah, the Return of Barry Allen would have been a good choice to include. I thought the Captain Cold TPB from a few weeks back had some strange choices in it, so they clearly aren’t taking only the most obvious stories.
