Warner Brothers has released a special teaser for the Justice League movie at Comic-Con, and you can watch it now on YouTube. Co-starring Ezra Miller as the Flash (among others, including Jason Momoa as Aquaman), it gives us our first look at what the film will be like. Check it out!

I’m sure people are probably getting pretty tired of me coming here and posting everything negative but that has got to be the worst rendition of Barry Allen I have ever seen. I mean…I don’t even know where to begin.
It’s a shame too because the Wonder Woman trailer looked amazing, Suicide Squad continues to hype and I actually didn’t think Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice was anywhere near bad enough to be deserving of the harsh criticism it got.
Seriously…where does he live? The Apartment next manhole down from the ninja turtles? And what a terrible demonstration of super speed! C’mon…show us something we haven’t JUST seen in the CW show or in the X-Men film series, which by the way, got super speed 100% right.
As a guy who would consider his favorites Flash & Spider-Man I’m starting to feel like I must be some sort of weird masochist when it comes to superheroes.
And he joins the Justice League because he’s a loser who has no friends? I can’t even…

I didn’t even finish watching the trailer, I was disgusted. This is just like the tv show. They’ve taken Barry Allen and turned him into a f***ing Peter Parker clone. If they follow this route in the comic books I’m done.
The funny thing is I keep seeing people talking about how different this Barry is from Gustin’s.
Gustin = Quirky, occaisionally cocky, Andrew Garfield Peter Parker
Miller = Sad sack, loner, Tobey Maguire Peter Parker
Both seem more like a Peter than any Barry I’ve ever read. Gustin is a much easier pill to swallow as you can imagine him growing into the Barry Allen we know from the comics. I’m not sure what character Ezra Miller thinks his playing though. He seems more like the guy a CSI would be after than the type of guy who would be a competent CSI.
Man, I’m glad I’m not the only one who hated their version of Barry Allen, or at least what they showed us. I really dislike his suit as well from what is shown. I think I’ll just stick to the TV show and comics for my Flash fix. At least the season 3 trailer for the TV show was solid. Also love that the Reverse Flash is going to be a main stay on DCTV.
It definitely looks more appealing than Batman v. Superman.
As far as the portrayal of Barry, I have to wonder if they’ve taken inspiration from “The Ballad of Barry Allen,” the song by Carmine Infantino’s nephew about how lonely it is to be the only one moving at his speed.
