Also, Top Cow is selling the Baltimore Comic Con edition of Velocity #1 with a cover by Michael Broussard. I’m a little fuzzy on how “exclusive” these books are, unless they’re selling the excess through retail channels, or the exclusivity has an expiration date.
I’m a little out of the loop, is the Chronicles the way they are going to reprint the back catalogue now? Did the archives finally get the ax? Hated the price, loved the books.
They’ve never officially made the call, but I’d say it’s a safe bet that they’ll be focusing on the Chronicles…until they catch up to where the Archives left off (or maybe Showcase, if we’re lucky), and decide to start over with yet another format.
i hope they continue with the Chronicles… although i wish they’d come a bit quicker… you’d think being reprints it would be easier to get them out…
