Cisco is hysterical. I love how the writers worked out the villains getting their nicknames.

You know, I absolutely hated Cisco in his two cameos on Arrow before the Flash series started, and was really dreading him on the Flash show. However, he quickly became one of my favourite characters once the show actually started. It’s funny how that happens!
