Flash #45 Cover Revealed

Here’s the cover for the next issue of The Flash, which is due out on April 25th. If the image is anything to go by, it looks like there might be some fireworks in the issue. And this will lead into the coming “Flash War” in May.

Flash #44 Preview

It was released very late this week, but you can now read the official five-page preview for tomorrow’s issue of The Flash at Comic Crusaders. In it, Barry fights Grodd while the other members of the Flash Family rescue civilians and search for Iris.

Flash #46 Covers

DC has released the regular and variant covers for Flash #46, which is due out in May, and both are very interesting. At left, you can see the main cover by Dan Panosian, which shows Wally West reacting to scenes from his past (such as Savitar, Zoom, Impulse, and his marriage to Linda) and suggests he may get back more of his memories. And at the end of this post you can see the variant by Francesco Mattina, featuring an intense Zoom in his classic look.

So obviously “Flash War” is going to be difficult for Wally, and it sounds like Zoom is going to put him through the ringer again. What are readers hoping to see happen in the story?

DC has released the official five-page preview for next week’s issue of The Flash, and you can read it at 13th Dimension. In it, Barry is chased by the mind-controlled members of the Flash Family (and Godspeed), who are the puppets of Grodd because of Barry’s own recklessness. The issue is due out on March 28th.

“Flash War” Teaser

Flash writer Joshua Williamson has posted a single preview page of Howard Porter’s art from Flash #47 on Twitter, which he says is the first page from “Flash War”. The issue is due out in May, and obviously features a conflict between Barry and Wally…it seems like the hostility starts right at the beginning of the story.
