The Flash Secret Files and Origins 2010, originally scheduled for this week, has slipped a second time, from March 31 to April 7. With any luck, this will be the last of the delays that have dogged the series since midway through Flash: Rebirth.
The Flash #1 is still scheduled for its original launch date, April 14.
Man I hate delays. If the new ongoing is delayed I’m gonna be irritated.
Disappointed, but not entirely surprised. Given that the Secret Files issue was supposed to give us a glimpse into the futures of Wally West and Bart Allen I would imagine there may have been some changes made given Didio’s statement a few months back that 2010 would be Barry-centric.
Maybe something happens to the Flash family in Blackest Night that they don’t want to spoil?
Interestingly, the preview posted on Newsarama this morning still has the March 31 release date noted.
The same thing today in DC Universe The Source with a preview included, March 31.
Hazards of living on the west coast: by the time I get to a computer, it’s already noon at DC HQ.
Looks like a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, ’cause the left hand told Diamond it’s shipping on April 7.
A preview has been posted on The Source here: http://dcu.blog.dccomics.com/2010/03/25/enter-the-flash-secret-files-and-origins-2010/
Confirmed: the book is on Diamond’s upcoming releases list for April 7.
