New Trailer For “Rogue Air”

The CW has now released a full-minute trailer for next week’s episode of The Flash, and it’s chock full of new scenes and spoilers (so you’ll have to decide if you want to watch it). It’ll be the second-last episode of the season.

What do you think? I’m looking forward to it!

“Legends of Tomorrow” Officially Picked Up

The new CW series which spins out of The Flash and Arrow will apparently be titled “Legends of Tomorrow” and has been officially ordered by the network despite not yet having a pilot episode. It will have the same showrunners as its parent shows, and will include Flash characters Captain Cold and Heat Wave (and Martin Stein) amongst the characters. The Hollywood Reporter has more details.

The series’ formal logline:

“When heroes alone are not enough … the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?”

I’m cautiously optimistic about this, and definitely want to see more Cold and Heat Wave. So I’m looking forward to it right now. How about everyone else?

“Rogue Air” Promo

Here’s the thirty-second trailer for next week’s episode of The Flash, titled “Rogue Air”. As you may expect, the promo’s quite spoilery. It’ll be the second-last episode of the season, so I imagine a lot will be happening.

And just for fun, here’s a poor-quality copy of the Canadian (CTV) promo. It’s fairly different. CTV trailers are always available on their site, but apparently people outside Canada can’t view them.

Flashfans.org has a deleted scene from this week’s episode, which finally answers the question of how the prisoners are fed on the Pipeline.

First Look At the Cast Of Suicide Squad

CEHeJU3WAAA5H0S Many sites, including People Magazine, posted a photo of the Suicide Squad cast on Sunday. The image comes courtesy of director David Ayer, who first posted it on Twitter. Anyway, the image may be of some interest to Flash fans because of Captain Boomerang, who’s played by Australian actor Jai Courtney.

The film recently started production in Toronto, and will be out in theatres in August 2016. What do you think of the villains and their new looks?

New “Grodd Lives” Trailer

The CW has released a one-minute trailer for next week’s episode, titled “Grodd Lives”. The previous promo was only thirty seconds long, so this one has a lot of new footage. It’s quite spoilery, so be warned, but looks pretty exciting!
