Flash Season Two Teaser

The CW has posted an eleven-second teaser for season two of The Flash. It gives us our first look at Atom Smasher (Adam Copeland) in action, as well as quick glimpses at Barry and Captain Cold. And a brief look at something perhaps a bit more at home in Gotham.

As the teaser itself notes, the season premiere is October 6th. Who’s looking forward to it?

In these tales from THE FLASH #36-40 and SECRET ORIGINS #7, The Flash is trapped in a bizarre lost land terrorized by castaways from the past, present, and future—and that leaves Central City without a hero! Even worse, a murderous, new Flash shows up to take Barry’s place! Will the Fastest Man Alive make it back in time to put things right?

This picks up after the previous volume’s confrontation between present and future Flashes, which leaves our hero stranded outside time and a darker, alternate version of the Flash in a position to take over his life.

Amazon has the book available for preorder.

Flash Races the Roadrunner and Speedy Gonzales on this Looney Tunes Variant Cover

Flash #46 Looney Tunes Variant Cover

Francis Manapul returns to do a variant cover for The Flash #46 (along with Warner Bros. Animation) as part of DC’s Looney Tunes variant covers for November.

When I saw that DC was doing these, my first thought was: Roadrunner or Speedy Gonzales? Well, why choose?
