Two Flashes in IGN’s Top 100 Heroes

Category: Fun — By Kelson @ 8:00 am

IGN has put together a list of their Top 100 Comic Book Heroes, and two Flashes make the cut! It’s a very well-rounded list, featuring not just the major Marvel and DC super-heroes, but non-superheroes like Dream of the Endless and Spider Jerusalem, and indie characters like Hellboy, Scott Pilgrim, and even Groo the Wanderer.

The two Flashes on the list are Barry Allen at #49 and Wally West at #8.

I can imagine certain someones *cough *cough* high up in the ranks of DC *cough* *cough* grinding their teeth over that little gem. That’s all I’m going to insin–I mean…say.

I think part of my ‘eh’ attitude towards Flashpoint in general (besides the continuing lack of meaningful Wally thing) is that some of the heroes are no longer going to be good guys. Where I do enjoy AU, I prefer them to have a foundation that’s closer to the original. The good/bad status quot and super powers being intact: Justice Riders over Age of Gods. Good guys being bad disturbs my tender psyche! lol

ahem* Wally West 41 spots HIGHER than Barry #thankyou ,Geoff Johns you better have somethin crazy lined up for Wally in flashpoint. Hopefully thats why you’ve been avoiding questions… if not im totally dressing as homeless wally west at NYCC
