Speed Force is proud to announce the return of Flash Collector Showcase!

Here at Speed Force we are showcasing Flash memorabilia collectors and their collections from all over the world. Whether it be comics, toys, t-shirts, collectibles or art; if it’s a collection and it’s main focus or a large part of it relates to The Flash or his Rogues, this is the place to find it!

To that end all collectors interested in having their collection possibly featured in a future Flash Collector Showcase please send your name, geographic location, a short biography, some background on your collection, and about 3 to 6 pictures to my email

Today we have Hugues Charron, who hails from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Hugues’ collection has been showcased previously on CBR’s Shelf Porn feature.

“Hi, my name is Hugues, and I am from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I am closing in on 30 and currently working as a mechanical engineer for a lighting company. I have been collecting Flash action figures for a little over four years now. It all started when I found a “First Appearance” Flash in a sale bin at a local video store. Ever since whenever I’d see a Flash action figure I’d get it. At one point I actually had the whole wall of my room plastered with Flash action figures…kinda made it hard to bring a date over. Nevertheless, I have had a girlfriend for 3 years now and since I have finished school and we’ve moved in together my collection has found itself in my parent’s basement in a box.

So, since I am still paying off my student debts I figured that someone else might benefit from acquiring some of the items in my collection and I could use the money. So for those reasons I am selling my ENTIRE collection, individually or as a bundle. The only articles I wish to keep are the ceramic statuettes and the Zombie Flash that my friend made for me based not on Blackest Night but actually Marvel Zombies. I was super into Marvel Zombies so he made this for me in exchange for a leather coat…nice guy.
