This episode gives us the return of two villains once thought dead…but then, as Future Barry pointed out, the more you go back in time the less the rules apply. SO…..this is actually good news if you are a fan (like me) of these certain bad guys. Only 24 hours left to save Iris, so what can present-day Barry do?
