My take: This sums up every concern held by fans of Wally West, Bart Allen, or the legacy aspect of the character. “Guess what! We might be throwing away what you like most about the Flash! Buy this issue and find out!”

I think it’s lucky we get any solicitation at all. There’s obviously nothing that can be spoiled about the issue, so it’s good that at least we get more than just a cover. I mean, we don’t know much, but we do know that Wally, the twins and Bart are still alive by issue 4. That’s something.
