We are beginning the last season of THE FLASH – and writing that gives me all sorts of emotions. I’m a life-long fan of The Flash, loved the 1990’s show with John Wesley Shipp…but THIS is the best live action Flash I’ve ever seen. What surprises do the showrunners have for us? How will the season end? Is it far too early to talk about that (probably)? But, this episode S9E1 at least gets us off the ground and running (pun intended). Wanna know more? SOME SPOILERS AHEAD! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The world is frozen in an instant. Only our speedsters with their connection to the Speed Force can move about at all. The Fraction is taking over the world and taking away Earth’s resources…and they are looking for “organic conduits” to the Speed Force to steal as well. Guess who we’re talking about here? This is an issue that features Kid Flash and Impulse and their unique role in the One Minute War. Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!

The Fraction has come to Earth, and the only people still able to move are our favorite speedsters. Will they be able to save the day? Can they even hope to battle this force? Wanna know more? The Mayor of Central City (formerly Warden of Iron Heights) is a crook. Our favorite group of crooks, the Rogues, have been turned into deputized law enforcement agents. And enemy number one is…The Flash? Yes! It’s a wild issue with a lot of fun mixed in – wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
Gregory Wolfe, the corrupt warden of Iron Heights, has won the election to be Mayor of Central City. This can’t be good news – and indeed it is very bad news for Wally West. The idea of who is the good guy in town gets flipped upside down as we start “Rogues to Redemption” here in issue 788. Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
