Ralph Dibny is learning how to be a hero. He even gets his own (awful) suit, with a color that should be familiar to at least some comics fans…but still awful. He has a lot of education ahead of him…it’s a bit of a “stretch” to say he’s a hero yet (couldn’t resist that) but he is at least putting forth the effort. The nuptials are getting closer for Barry and Iris, so of course it’s time for the bachelor…and bachelorette parties. Nothing to worry about, just a couple of tame parties and a little good natured…aw, who am I kidding? This is an episode that takes the Flash out of action (that uni doesn’t leave the dummy at S.T.A.R.), as the women of Team Flash (and more) meet a serious threat on their own. One of my favorite DC characters, from the Silver Age on, has been Ralph Dibny, the Elongated Man. Yes, that’s a mouthful of a hero name, but still an amazing character.
