“Girls Night Out” Review of S4 Ep5 of THE FLASH

The nuptials are getting closer for Barry and Iris, so of course it’s time for the bachelor…and bachelorette parties. Nothing to worry about, just a couple of tame parties and a little good natured…aw, who am I kidding? This is an episode that takes the Flash out of action (that uni doesn’t leave the dummy at S.T.A.R.), as the women of Team Flash (and more) meet a serious threat on their own. Parties were meant to be crashed…just not this way for any of my parties anytime soon…Want to know more? Follow us after the jump!

“Elongated Journey Into Night” Review of THE FLASH S4 Ep4

Tonight, Ralph Dibny enters the TV world of THE FLASH in an episode directed by Tom Cavanagh. So, how long can I “stretch” this intro (pun intended)? Let’s get to the review, right after the jump!

“Mixed Signals” – Review of THE FLASH S4 Ep2

After Season 3’s darker tone, we come back to a lighter, happier, even giddy Barry Allen. It’s as if he left all that pain and turmoil in the Speed Force…and now he has a literal new lease on life. Maybe he’s a little too happy here…a little too exuberant, and that’s where some of the conflict of this episode originates. Barry and Iris go to…wait, we’ll talk about that later.  Cisco goes on a date with…we’ll catch up with that later as well.  We get all that and Kilg%re too! Want to know more? “Welcome to Iron Heights” Review of THE FLASH #32

Barry is still dealing with the fallout from his own choices, and from his connection to the Negative Speed Force. His personal life is a shambles, and he doesn’t trust his new powers at all.  Barry’s relationship with Iris is on hold, his friendship with young Wally is in a very guarded place, and his job…well there’s a reason for that title.
