Whether it was “second chances at life, at glory, at family, (or) at love”, the idea of overcoming fear and embracing our opportunities was the thread that bound this episode of THE FLASH into another great installment of our favorite superhero show. This episode does NOT feature a meta-human bad guy…at least not in the main plot. What it DOES place front and center is the concept of broken families, on both sides of the law. The Flash of Earth-2 finally takes the spotlight after his brief appearance in the season premiere, and it looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship…after a few bumps along the way, that is.

ZOOM is back…and creating all sorts of havoc in the lives of the Allens. Yes, I mean plural…but the connection between Zoom and you-know-who isn’t clear quite yet (or if you don’t-know-who, check after the jump). What we DO know is that Barry (and others) are making some very tough moral choices, and each one of those choices appears to be setting the stage for significant repercussions.
