“Run, Iris, Run” Official Synopsis And Photo

The CW has released the official synopsis for the March 13th episode of The Flash, titled “Run, Iris, Run”. And here’s a promotional photo for the episode as well, featuring Iris in her interesting new costume; it has definite similarities to the outfit of Jenni Ognats, who is Iris’ granddaughter in the comics. Whether that’s a clue to the identity of the mystery girl who’s been hanging around Central City recently is unclear.

The Flash 4×16 “Run, Iris, Run”
IRIS SUITS UP — Team Flash confronts a new bus meta, Matthew AKA Melting Pot (guest star Leonardo Nam), with the ability to swap people’s DNA. During a battle with Team Flash, Matthew transfers Barry’s (Grant Gustin) super speed to Iris (Candice Patton). Now, with a new threat unleashed on Central City, Barry must act as the team leader while Iris takes on the mantle of superhero speedster in order to defeat their new foe. Harry Jierjian directed the episode written by Eric Wallace (#416). Original airdate 3/13/2018.

What do you think of Iris’ costume? Are you looking forward to the episode? Share your thoughts here!

DC’s May 2018 Solicitations

There’s no Justice League, Titans, or Teen Titans, but they’ve presumably been temporarily replaced by the Justice League: No Justice series. It’s also the month in which “Flash War” officially begins, so read on to see all the Flash-related listings. And you can see the DC solicits in their entirety at CBR.
