Okay, okay, so I fanboyed out big time reading this issue. I don’t know how you could be a Flash fan of any generation and not feel absolute joy at seeing some of the characters who show up in this issue. The group of reporters at the Central City Citizen have had a hard time accepting Allegra as their leader. This episode doubles down on their reasons for mistrust, as they face danger together without knowing all the facts. Allegra may be a light-powered meta, but she has been keeping a lot of her life “in the dark”, at least until now. “The Curious Case of Bartholomew Allen” Review of S8 E16 of THE FLASH
The movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” was about a man who aged backward in time. Here, we see “The Curious Case of Bartholomew Allen” dealing with a device that ages him forward in time – by more years than anyone would consider safe for a superhero.
