This is the episode we’ve been waiting for – the ultimate showdown between The Flash and Zoom! Who will win (okay, we can guess that, but how?). Who is the man in the mask? Will we be able to deal with the wait for Season 3? We can answer at least some of those questions right here, right now as we review the Season 2 Finale of THE FLASH!

HOLY CRAP! That’s not how I usually start a review, but if you aren’t saying something similar after THIS episode of THE FLASH, I don’t know what show you are watching. This is the penultimate episode of Season 2, and I cannot think of a better way to absolutely guarantee you will be there for the finale than what happens this week. The Riddler has played what we thought was his trump card…but is that he has up his sleeve? Things are looking bad for The Flash, as Riddler has gotten just enough trust from the gullible officials of Central City that he has been able to place the entire town in a chokehold. Okay let’s deal with the BIG question….was there a Jason Mewes cameo? Yes, and it was excellent. But, you probably already guessed that would happen with Kevin Smith directing this episode of THE FLASH. This was an episode heavy on emotion and not-so-much action sequences. There is a LOT happening as we get closer to the season finale of THE FLASH – just 3 episodes left after tonight. Barry has to decide whether to try a dangerous experiment to regain his speed, while Zoom plans a takeover of Earth 1.
