The CW has released the official still images from the March 13th episode of The Flash, titled “Run, Iris, Run!”, and you can see them at Flash TV News. The images feature Iris in her new costume, as well as our first look at Jaco Birch, aka Pyro (played by Max Adler). He is apparently a character from old Power Girl comics.

Barry has lost his connection to the Speed Force and all his super-speed thanks to Grodd. Central City is still stuck in one single moment, with no one able to move while Grodd’s plan comes to fruition. Can Grodd take all the Speed Force for himself? We’re back! After two weeks off, THE FLASH returns to the airwaves with a NEW episode! Just to recap – DeVoe is on a second new identity and is walking around with the powers of six of the riders on that now-infamous bus after an attack on Iron Heights. Barry is freed from jail after “DeVoe” (actually Ralph disguised as DeVoe) appears in court. The CW has released the official synopsis for the March 13th episode of The Flash, titled “Run, Iris, Run”. And here’s a promotional photo for the episode as well, featuring Iris in her interesting new costume; it has definite similarities to the outfit of Jenni Ognats, who is Iris’ granddaughter in the comics. Whether that’s a clue to the identity of the mystery girl who’s been hanging around Central City recently is unclear.

IRIS SUITS UP — Team Flash confronts a new bus meta, Matthew AKA Melting Pot (guest star Leonardo Nam), with the ability to swap people’s DNA. During a battle with Team Flash, Matthew transfers Barry’s (Grant Gustin) super speed to Iris (Candice Patton). Now, with a new threat unleashed on Central City, Barry must act as the team leader while Iris takes on the mantle of superhero speedster in order to defeat their new foe. Harry Jierjian directed the episode written by Eric Wallace (#416). Original airdate 3/13/2018.
