The CW has released a teaser for the first Flash episode after the midseason break, which will air on January 16th and apparently has no title yet available. We’ll be seeing the famed Trial of the Flash, which is all part of the Thinker’s scheme from the finale (so be sure to watch this week’s episode before seeing the clip).

Whatever I expected from the mid-season cliffhanger, THE FLASH exceeded it all. The mark of a great mid-season finale is that it leaves you anxiously pleading to see what comes next. I can’t believe we’re almost at the mid-season finale! Here’s the extended trailer for next week’s episode of The Flash, which is titled “Don’t Run” and is indeed this year’s mid-season finale. In keeping with previous seasons, it may end with a bang or on an ominous note.
We don’t see Blacksmith in this clip, but she’ll be in the episode too. Are you looking forward to seeing the cat-and-mouse game between Barry and the Thinker now that they both know each other’s identities? Share what you’d like to see happen here.
