TITANS TOGETHER…AGAIN! Review TITANS #1

titans-1TITANS #1 brings together the original team (plus one) that I first saw in BRAVE AND THE BOLD #60 (an issue I bought waaay back when it first appeared on comic stands in 1965. More to the point, it brings together this team closer to the way most fans remember them as the NEW TITANS. Those days are gone, but so were the memories of their adventures…even their friendships. Now, they are together again, facing their biggest mystery…why? Why did Wally disappear? Why did they forget? We start to get to the bottom of this in TITANS #1! Want to know more? Follow us after the jump!

Previews are up for tomorrow’s releases of Flash #3 at Multiversity Comics and Titans #1 at Comic Book.com.

“LIGHTNING STRIKES TWICE” Chapter Three: In issue #3, dozens of innocent people mysteriously gain super-speed! But not all are heroic, and it’ll take everything The Flash and August have to harness the lightning before Black Hole does.

“The Return of Wally West” Part 1: After an old ally returns to the team, the Titans set their sights on a dangerous enemy with the power to change reality itself! But the Titans have never faced a threat this massive before, and with so much on the line, will they be able to stand united as a team? Or will their past mistakes be their undoing?

Flash Movie Casts Kiersey Clemons as Iris West

Variety reports that Warner Bros has cast Kiersey Clemons as the female lead in the Flash movie opposite Ezra Miller. Clemons most recently appeared in Neighbors 2, and was featured in Flash director Rick Famuyiwa’s breakout indie film, Dope. She’s also been cast in a remake of Flatliners.

Technically,  WB hasn’t confirmed that the female lead is in fact Iris West, but it’s a safe enough bet that Variety ran with it in their headline.

First Look At Flash Season Three
