After last week’s events, Nora has taken all the wrong advice. Or, has she? We see a different side of XS in this episode, as she gathers some new partners to follow Thawne’s plan. And, we see Barry and Iris trying to figure out how to make things right with their daughter. I know it seems a bit odd to talk about a Marvel book on a Flash website, but stay with me a moment. There are two series currently running, one at DC and one at Marvel, in which mental illness has been portrayed in a major plot line. For DC, it’s HEROES IN CRISIS, with a tragedy occurring at a mental health facility for superheroes called Sanctuary. Writer Joshua Williamson has found the secret to wrapping up an arc…don’t try to wrap up everything in a nice, neat little bow.
