“Vengeance is…Mine?” Review of THE FLASH 779

Eclipso has been hanging around since the early-to-mid Silver Age, and has proven to be one of the most powerful bad guys in the DCU. “Dream Big” Review of THE FLASH 774

In his first issues as writer of THE FLASH, Jeremy Adams has taken on re-introducing the Wally West we all loved prior to FLASHPOINT.  Wally’s family has come back to the spotlight as well, and that’s also a very good thing. This issue puts the spotlight on Wally’s daughter Irey, and on a very heart-warming father-daughter relationship. It’s a great story before we start diving into whatever that thing is that’s floating through space toward Earth. Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!

Wally West has been shuffled through time, inhabiting the body of one speedster after another. Wally “finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong and hoping each time that his next leap… will be the leap home.” No, wait, that’s the intro text from “Quantum Leap”, and frankly this story works far better for any speedster-loving fan out there.  At the end of last issue, Wally found himself in a universe that is SO familiar to cartoon fans and so UNfamiliar to him.
