eBay user sneeze58 is selling a piece of Scott Kolins art which would have been the cover of Flash #13, which was canceled for Flashpoint. The seller explains:
I bought this piece at the 2011 Heroes Con directly from the artist, Scott Kolins. This issue was to have the origin of Reverse Flash by Geoff Johns and Kolins, but was canceled due to the schedule of DC’s Flashpoint. I believe this is the cover rough, I’m not sure if a final cover was done however.The art is on 11×17 bristol, and a larger image is shown below.
It’s still not clear whether the Professor Zoom-focused issue was scrapped completely or repurposed as the Flashpoint: Reverse-Flash one-shot.
Robot 6 spotted the cover in, of all places, the Wall Street Journal’s article on DC Comics’ 52-issue sellout. The CBR blog notes that artist Greg Capullo (Batman) is also providing variant covers for Green Lantern #1, Justice League #3 and Action Comics #4.
The Flash #1 goes on sale tomorrow. The Flash #2 arrives on October 26.

After Crisis on Infinite Earths, most of the Rogues faded from view as DC wanted to establish new villains for Wally West. Captain Boomerang remained visible as a mainstay of the classic Suicide Squad. In fact, it was an issue of this series, not The Flash, that first really fleshed out Boomerang’s origin: Suicide Squad #44 expanded on the connection between “Digger” Harkness and toy manufacturer W.W. Wiggins, revealing him to be not simply a businessman hiring a mascot to promote his product, but a father reaching out to secretly help his long-lost son. I wouldn’t be surprised if that story partially inspired Brad Meltzer’s decision to use Boomerang in Identity Crisis.

It reminds me of the Flash Secret Files 2010 cover, only with the new transformation sequence added to the new costume design.
