If you thought this was going to be a “filler” episode, bringing back a fan-favorite character for an encore but not doing much of substance…surprise! Episode 2.15 of THE FLASH is in many ways one of the best episodes of the season, with exceptional CG, great cameos, and significant plot points that will leave your jaw hitting the floor! When we left the last episode of THE FLASH, Barry had been captured by Zoom on Earth-2 while Geomancer was literally tearing up the landscape on Earth-1. Time is running out for Barry to get away and for the “away” team of Barry, Cisco and Harry to return to Earth-1…but the bigger question is whether they will survive long enough to worry about that. That brings us to “Escape from Earth-2”, Episode 2.14 of THE FLASH!

A classic villain from Wally’s days as the Flash in the comics universe – Tar Pit – gets the TV treatment in the latest episode of THE FLASH. Long time Flash fans will recall a storyline from the early 1990’s called “The Return of Barry Allen”.
