Episode 19 was originally meant to be a high point in the season, a huge dramatic moment to lead us into the final chapters of Season 6. Instead, it has become the finale itself. And what a finale! We get big time drama, amazing action, some cinematic quality shots, and a big time cliffhanger. What more could you ask? Season 6, even in its shortened form, has been one of the very best of the series. This episode just put the topping on the cake with a terrific season-ending blast. Wanna know more? The Speed Force is dead, and Barry’s speed has only so much longer to go. Eobard Thawne has taken over Nash Well’s body, though he is trapped in the Pipeline for now…only for now. Iris is still trapped in the mirror dimension, and Kamilla has been zapped by that mirror gun. Black Hole still has a mole in the CCPD, and now we get ANOTHER light-based meta on Carver’s payroll in Central City! If that doesn’t create enough drama for ya, I don’t know what else to say! Wally is back! That’s the good news. The bad news? The Speed Force is dying! Yes, that mysterious force that powers all the good speedsters in the multiverse is fading fast. Just why that is…and what the implications may be…are a BIG part of this episode of THE FLASH. That’s not all, though. There are major plot points in “Death of the Speed Force” for Nash Wells and for Iris’ mirror world doppelganger. Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
The Crisis on Infinite Earths has changed Barry’s world in surprising ways…and those surprises keep on coming. How does Barry deal with an Earth-Prime that conflicts in so many ways with his own memories? We get to see a little more of just how much the world has changed through the mind of none other than Gorilla Grodd! Notice I didn’t say the eyes of Grodd – that’s an important part of the story. And, we will look at more than one character in a whole new way before this episode is through. Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
Iris is trapped in the mirror dimension while her (evil) doppelganger is embracing Barry Allen. Will Iris be able to escape? Can she even let people know where she is trapped? Meanwhile, Ralph’s search for Sue Dearbon may be at an end…and the speculation begins as to her future on the show (and in Ralph’s life). There is adventure all around as we go into the 12th episode of season 6 of THE FLASH! Want to know more about “A Girl Named Sue”? Follow us after the jump!
When we left off last episode, Iris had been pulled into the mirror dimension by a pair of very shiny arms. Will we find out what happened to her tonight? And, what about that appearance by [REDACTED]? We’ll get all those answers, and more, in “Love is a Battlefield”, the 11th episode of season 6 of THE FLASH!
