“Going Rogue” Review of S5 E20 of THE FLASH

After last week’s events, Nora has taken all the wrong advice. Or, has she? We see a different side of XS in this episode, as she gathers some new partners to follow Thawne’s plan. And, we see Barry and Iris trying to figure out how to make things right with their daughter. “Heroes In Crisis” vs “Unstoppable Wasp” and a Look at Mental Illness

I know it seems a bit odd to talk about a Marvel book on a Flash website, but stay with me a moment. There are two series currently running, one at DC and one at Marvel, in which mental illness has been portrayed in a major plot line. For DC, it’s HEROES IN CRISIS, with a tragedy occurring at a mental health facility for superheroes called Sanctuary. For Marvel, it’s THE UNSTOPPABLE WASP, in which the lead character is diagnosed with bipolar disorder.  So, how do the two story lines match up? Follow us after the jump!

“The Greatest Trick of All” Finale – Review of THE FLASH #69

Writer Joshua Williamson has found the secret to wrapping up an arc…don’t try to wrap up everything in a nice, neat little bow. “Snow Pack” Review of S5 E19 of THE FLASH

“Godspeed” S5 E18 of THE FLASH

The secret is out. Nora’s mentor is now known to Team Flash, and Barry has locked her up in the Pipeline as a result. We’ll see part of the repercussions of that break in trust tonight.
