Captain, er, “King” Cold has truly gone over the edge. He’s frozen even his one-time fellow Rogues, even frozen his own sister. All Len Snart can think about right now is defeating the Flash. He wants to be…not a “loser” again. And, as we learned last issue, he received a lot more than just a bunch of tech from the Apex Predator, Lex Luthor. Barry has no real control over the Speed Force right now, so what hope does he have against Cold? How will “Rogues Reign” end? Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
Welcome back and Happy New Year! It has been unseasonably warm where I live…but not so in Central City. Captain King Cold has made this city into his own icy kingdom. Snart knows the world is doomed, but he wants the satisfaction of ruling his city as the world ends. In doing so, Cold has alienated himself from the rest of the Rogues, who are now actually helping our speedsters. Big battles are ahead…Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
The Speed Force isn’t dead…but it IS out of control. Barry, Wallace and Avery have found a surprising ally in Lisa Snart, but can she help a Flash team that is afraid to use their speed? Things are looking bleak in the Cold Kingdom, but even if the Flashes win the world is still set to end soon. What could possibly give them any hope? Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
How much worse could it get? Lex Luthor’s plan is in full effect and “the end of the world(s) as we know it” (with apologies to R.E.M.) is just a few days away. Len Snart is now “King” Cold and in charge of Central City. His former partners now have their own chunks of real estate to rule over, but that doesn’t seem to bother the King. The Speed Force is…dead? Wallace and Avery can’t access it right now, and Barry has a dampening collar on so…
Oh, forgot. Flash is now the prisoner of King Cold at the newly renamed Ice Heights. He’s chained to the wall so that Snart can constantly torture him with the fact that he’s won. Is there any hope left? Wanna know more? Follow us after the jump!
The Flash has faced his Rogues Gallery countless times over the years, since the early Silver Age to today, and there have always been two things you could count on. First, the Rogues have a code…and second, the Flash always wins even if they team up against him. It’s always worked…for the Flash. But, now the Rogues appear to have wised up, and this group of blue-collar bad guys may finally have the upper hand. Last issue, the Flash was tricked into going miles away while the Rogues struck in Central City. Now, what can our Scarlet Speedster do in the aftermath? That’s where we pick up with issue #16 of THE FLASH! Want to know more? Follow us after the jump!
